Meet Jessica Herring:

Jessica Carter Herring was born and raised here in Johnston County. After high school, Jessica attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she double majored in Public Policy and Political Science. Thereafter, Jessica attended Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. While at Campbell, Jessica was the President of the law school's Pro Bono Council, overseeing all student-run pro bono projects. Jessica was also a member of the school's national trial team, where she was recognized as a top-ten student advocate in the regional competition between all accredited North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia law schools.

Since receiving her law degree, Jessica has focused her practice in Johnston County and the surrounding areas. Jessica is proud to represent the people of the area where she grew up. Jessica's approach to the practice of law is to focus on the client first. Clients come from all walks of life and have varying degrees of their understanding of the law. Jessica takes the time to fully discuss a client's needs and all of his or her questions surrounding the issues at hand. When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, on their small farm.
